Marengo Nursing Home is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and comfort for residents and their families. Our experienced healthcare team offers around-the-clock medical supervision, assistance with daily living, and personalized care plans designed to meet each resident’s unique needs.


Residents enjoy private and semi-private rooms, comfortable dining experiences, and inviting outdoor spaces, including gated porches for relaxing in a peaceful setting. Every detail of our environment is designed to promote comfort, safety, and a true sense of home.


We understand that choosing care for a loved one is an important decision. Whether a resident requires long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, or respite services, our team is committed to providing dependable, compassionate support every day.

From 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies to assistance with daily living, meals, and housekeeping, we provide comprehensive support in a safe, compassionate environment where residents can truly feel at home.

While we provide a wide range of skilled nursing and long-term care services, our facility is not equipped to support residents with advanced or late stage dementia. Our facilty does not have a secure dementia unit at this time.

Skilled Nursing Care

Our registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) provide 24-hour skilled care, including wound care, pain management, injections, feeding tube care, and ongoing medical monitoring to ensure each resident’s wellbeing.

Assistance with Daily Living

Residents receive respectful, hands-on support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene—helping maintain dignity while promoting independence.

Therapy & Rehabilitation

Through our therapy partners, residents have access to physical, occupational, and speech therapy designed to restore strength, improve mobility, and support recovery after illness, injury, or surgery.

Medication Management

Our team carefully manages medications to ensure each resident receives the correct treatments safely, consistently, and on schedule.

Daily Living Support

Residents benefit from prepared meals, laundry, and housekeeping services, creating a comfortable, worry-free environment where they can focus on their health and wellbeing.

Hospice & Respite Care

We offer compassionate hospice care as well as short-term respite stays, providing families and caregivers with trusted support when it’s needed most.
